I have a music myspace and I know alot of artists that post their music player in bullitens. I was told you need to use dreamweaver to do it and I have dreamweaver but have no idea how to use it, or how to copy my music player, or just where to start period can you help guide me

That is against Myspace terms of service. It is considered cheating the system to get more plays on your profile.
When Myspace catches artists doing that, they terminate their account.
