How can i prevent the myspace music player from autostarting every time a profile page is loaded?

i surf myspace a lot and I open multiple pages in tab's,

I am sick of large/ heavy music files starting with some profiles and slowing loading times while I have to go thru each TAB looking for the blasting death metal or what ever, pouring from my computer.

Is there any way to set my access/ profile so when i open someone else's profile page their myspace music player will not start playing?

Monica that only works when your looking at the Band's page. To stop the other person's profile from automatically playing, you have no control over that, it is the person's choice to allow it or not.

Check "Disable Band Songs From Automatically Starting"

then press Save Settings

I know you can set your own from automatically starting but I don't think you can stop others. What I usually do is before the page is even fully loaded I click on stop on their music player, then I can browse the page in silence

Edit Profile

and click on the tab on the very right that says

Song %26amp; Video on Profile
